Twin Peaks is a charming country-style home and guest cabin in Lake City, Colorado. the house and cabin are nestled between the San Juan mountains and are located half a block from downtown shops, restaurants, and a park.
Enjoy Lake City by just relaxing, hiking, taking the Alpine Loop, climbing the 14,000 peaks or fly-fishing the streams and lake. After 40 years, we still marvel at the beauty. September color change is golden and is a good time for retirees to visit.
The Main House is $185 per day for 6 people, $5 for each additional person. Sleeps 10-12.
The main house sleeps up to 10-12 people. It has three separate bedrooms, one with two full-size beds and the other two have queen beds. The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa wth folding doors for privacy. The den also has a queen-size sleeper sofa. The house has a large fully-equipped kitchen with a table that seats six. For a “fancy meal”, the dining room table seats eight for dinner. The house has two bathrooms and a wash room containing a washer and dryer. The house has two TVs and two fireplaces. A private side yard allows plenty of room to have family fun outside. A BBQ pit and picnic table are provided.
Mabel's Cabin is $85 per day for 3 people, $5 for each additional person. Sleeps 4-6.
The cabin, also known as “Mabels’ Cabin“, was built in the 1870’s and it has been refurbished into a favorite place for fly-fishermen to stay. It sleeps up to six people. The cabin has a queen-size bed and two twin beds in the bedroom. The den is outfitted with a queen sleeper sofa and a handy TV. Mabel’s cabin has a quaint little kitchen that is fully equipped. There is one bathroom. After a long day of fishing or hiking, relax on the large covered front porch. A BBQ pit and picnic table are provided. Limited use of a washer and dryer are available.
